Our plant area scale is more than 80 acres and we own four different widthest coated paper production lines and eight cutting and rewinding production lines.The maxium width of coated production lines is 2400mm which is the widest in China recently.Annual output has over 100million square meters.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This machine is primarily used for producing fabric covers for pillows and bolster cushions. It features a high degree of automation, employs a PLC control system, and is equipped with a high‑precision touch screen. It is widely used in the production of pillowcases and duvet covers.
The machine performs automated, cyclical production: feeding, side stitching, cross stitching, automatic fabric consumption monitoring, cutting, and stacking. Additionally, the machine can be configured to partially seal the bag opening for pillow filling. PLC control ensures fully automated, cyclical production.
The machine is equipped with a vacuum system that can remove cut thread ends and trimmed fabric edges, ensuring smooth cutting. It features an automatic thread-break detection device. Saves material and conserves energy!
Labor costs are low—machines only require one person to change the fabric, making the process simple and fast.
The latest model of machine is equipped with an automatic labeling function, ensuring that each label is applied with perfect accuracy. The labeling position is adjustable and can be set automatically.
