PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This equipment is primarily used for sewing the bottom fabric and side edging of mattresses.
It has the following characteristics:
1) It employs an advanced shuttleless loom head that is fixed and can be automatically raised and lowered to accommodate mattresses of different heights.
2) The head angle can be adjusted automatically;
3) During the sewing process, the mattress is conveyed by the workbench conveyor belt for stitching. After one side of the mattress has been sewn, the machine can automatically flip the mattress for sewing the other side.
4) During the sewing process of an entire mattress, no staff members need to move around—only one person is required to complete the task, thereby improving work efficiency.
