PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
It is mainly for the production of sponge mattress, you can choose water-based glue rolling machine or hot-melt glue rolling machine, which choose hot-melt glue roller machine has the advantage of very fast drying time, do not need to take up a lot of storage space to let the glue dry and fit well can be directly compressed package. The whole line starts from the rubber rolling machine. After the sponge rolls rubber, it passes through the conveying platform to fit the sponge, and the sponge is fully bonded and fixed by the pressing machine and then bagged by the bagging machine. After the inner bag is packed, the conveying line is sent to the inner sleeve process for automatic suture. Finally It is put into the bag to compress and roll up. Streamline the whole line.
