PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The sponge rail cutter is primarily used for slicing long, continuous blocks of sponge. This machine is easy to operate and boasts high production efficiency. It is the ideal complementary equipment for continuous foam production lines. The rail cutter’s platform can be made from steel, wood, or concrete, and its length can be customized to 10 meters, 30 meters, 50 meters, or any other desired dimension based on your needs. As such, small, medium, and large sponge manufacturing plants can all benefit from this machine. The long, thin slices produced by this machine can be joined together using our sponge splicing machine (MAX-FJ) to create even longer sponge sheets.
Application Scope of the Product (Sponge Sheets): 1. Used on quilting machines; 2. Used on flame‑glue laminating machines.
