PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This machine is primarily used for the discontinuous, automated foaming of individual mold boxes. It is an ideal choice for businesses that do not wish to engage in continuous foam production and are looking to produce polyurethane foam—or for potential new enterprises entering the market. It is the optimal equipment for medium- and small-scale foam production plants.
In addition, single‑unit box molding offers foam producers greater production flexibility, enabling them to manufacture other specialty foams such as memory foam, high‑resilience foam, or small batches of other types of foam. Moreover, it also serves as an excellent auxiliary machine for large-scale foam manufacturing plants.
This machine offers flexible configuration options that can be adjusted according to customer needs.
