PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This machine is primarily used to produce soft polyurethane foam with a density ranging from 9 to 65 kg/m³.
Including piping systems, control systems, conveying systems, and cutting machines.
Eight or more groups of materials are pumped into and injected into the mixer head, then flow down from the mixer head into the foaming tank via two hoses. The materials remain in the foaming tank for 16–28 seconds to allow the reaction to proceed, after which they are transferred to the lifting platform.
After reaching the lift platform, the material becomes as smooth as cream.
There is a base paper on the lifting platform, and these papers move together with the conveyor belt.
Then, as the material moves along with the paper, it begins to grow, reaching a height of 1 meter or more by the time it reaches the end of the channel.
Then the sponge is transported to the cutting machine to be cut into the required length.
