This machine is primarily used for producing fabric covers for pillows and bolster cushions. It features a high degree of automation, employs a PLC control system, and is equipped with a high‑precision touch screen. It is widely applied in the production of pillowcases and duvet covers.

Automatic, cyclical machine operation: feeding, side stitching, cross‑stitching, automatic fabric consumption monitoring, cutting, and stacking. The machine also offers the option to partially seal the bag opening for pillow filling. PLC‑controlled, fully automated cyclical production. Equipped with a vacuum system that efficiently removes thread ends and trimmed fabric edges, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted cutting. Features an automatic thread‑break detection mechanism. Saves on material and energy! Requires minimal labor—only one operator is needed to change fabric rolls, making the process simple and fast.

The latest model of machine features an automatic marking function, ensuring that each marking dimension is accurate and error-free. The marking position is adjustable and can be automatically calibrated.
