PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This equipment is primarily used for sewing the bottom fabric and side edge fabric of mattresses.
It has the following characteristics:
1) It employs an advanced shuttleless loom head with a fixed frame and an automatically adjustable tilt angle, capable of automatic lifting and lowering to accommodate mattresses of varying heights.
2) As the sewn product is conveyed by the workbench conveyor belt, the mattress moves for sewing; once sewing is complete, the machine can automatically flip the mattress for further stitching.
3) During the sewing process of the entire mattress, no staff members need to move around; one person can complete the task, thereby improving work efficiency.
