Operating Principle: The mattress is fed into the equipment via a roller conveyor, with precise positioning achieved through photoelectric sensors. A motor drives the entire tooling to stack and position the mattresses vertically; by using synchronous belts that move in the opposite direction relative to the roller conveyor, the system completes the stacking of entire mattress stacks.

PLC intelligent control enables multi‑machine, multi‑type intelligent allocation and features a full‑stack alarm prompt.
