The semi‑automatic mattress compression and wrapping machine is a specialized piece of equipment designed for compressing and wrapping mattresses after they have been fitted with plastic film bags. It can reduce the mattress to a smaller volume and then wrap it, making storage and transportation more convenient while helping to cut costs. There are two types of semi‑automatic mattress compression and wrapping machines: those with adjustable wrapping diameters and those with fixed wrapping diameters.
Adjustable Wrapping Diameter Type: This type of compression wrapping machine can adjust the wrapping diameter according to the dimensions and requirements of the mattress. It is suitable for compressing and wrapping mattresses of various sizes, offering high flexibility and adaptability.
Fixed-Diameter Wrapping Type: This type of compression wrapping machine features a fixed wrapping diameter and is suitable for compressing and wrapping mattresses of specific dimensions. It is typically used in production lines that continuously manufacture mattresses of the same size.
