Our plant area scale is more than 80 acres and we own four different widthest coated paper production lines and eight cutting and rewinding production lines.The maxium width of coated production lines is 2400mm which is the widest in China recently.Annual output has over 100million square meters.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Primarily used for the production of sponge mattresses, PUR adhesive is the preferred choice. The advantage of using a roller coating machine is that the adhesive dries extremely quickly—there’s no need to occupy large amounts of storage space to allow the adhesive to fully cure; once the adhesive has bonded properly, the mattress can be compressed and rolled up in a short amount of time. The entire production line begins with the roller coating machine: after the sponge is coated with adhesive, it is transferred to the auxiliary cotton‑applying station for bonding, then passed through a pressing machine to ensure thorough adhesion and secure fixation. Next, the bagging machine is used to load the inner liner into bags; after the inner liners are bagged, they are conveyed to the inner‑sleeve sewing process for automatic stitching, and finally the outer cover is applied for compression and rolling. The entire line operates as a continuous flow production process.
