Our plant area scale is more than 80 acres and we own four different widthest coated paper production lines and eight cutting and rewinding production lines.The maxium width of coated production lines is 2400mm which is the widest in China recently.Annual output has over 100million square meters.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The fully automated mattress production line is professionally designed based on customer requirements and on-site layout, enabling digitalization of production operations and an upgrade to industrial automation. It seamlessly links each stage of mattress manufacturing, reducing redundant roles. By enhancing work efficiency and increasing production capacity, the line leverages a superior production line control and monitoring system that provides production managers with a more intuitive understanding of current production conditions. The system presents the capacity and efficiency of each process in numerical form, simplifying decision‑making for production management and encouraging enterprises to strengthen their production technology preparation and service capabilities. The automated production line system connects every step in mattress manufacturing, achieving full automation of both production and material handling. From glue spraying on the bed frame to edge stitching, inspection, and packaging, the entire process is under fully automated control. The production line ensures that the production process better meets the requirements of continuity, parallelism, and balance. The line employs specialized stainless steel roller conveyors to ensure that semi‑finished products are transported cleanly, minimizing product damage to the greatest extent possible. As a result, labor productivity is increased, production cycles are shortened, and the space occupied by semi‑finished goods—and the associated transportation workload—are reduced.
